  • How to get there: After exiting the immigration and security, turn right and walk towards the designated meeting area. Look for the staff representative wearing an ARRVL t-shirt
  • Input your flight number during checkout, one of the representative will be waiting for you in the international arrival hall
  • Collection outside of this timeframe is not available, and is not applicable for cancelation

Activation procedure

  • Android & IOS Activation
  • Insert the pre-activated SIM card. Restart phone. If no connection, follow the steps below
  • Open 'Settings' and go to 'Mobile Data'
  • Go to ‘Mobile Data Network’ and at APN key in: “”fast.t-mobile.com“”

Cancellation policy

  • Full refunds will be issued for cancelations made at least 24 hours prior to the activity

  • You can add money to the card in ticket vending machines, ticket offices, selected retailers or online via Autoload
  • Clipper card is preloaded with US$25
