Luggage Policy:

  • Each passenger is allowed one hand luggage and one check-in luggage. In order for your luggage to fit the car, your luggage shouldn’t exceed the following sizes (wheels, handle, and pockets included):
  • Hand luggage: 21inx15inx7in or 55cmx40cmx20cm (max. weight: 10kg)
  • Check-in luggage: 31inx46inx46in or 81cmx119cmx119cm (max. weight: 25kg)
  • Special luggage such as baby strollers, wheelchairs, sports equipment, music instruments, etc. are required to be put in a baggage trailer (valued at EUR12 per piece), available upon request
  • Likewise, if you have excess luggage in tow, you may also request a vehicle with a special cargo trailer at an additional surcharge of EUR12
