- For arrivals, your driver will be at the airport 15 minutes after your actual landing time and will wait for you for a maximum of 1 hour. Extra waiting time will cost an additional of AUD1 per 1 minute
- A long distance surcharge of AUD1.5 per kilometer will be applied to accommodations outside Perth CBD

Ehrlich gesagt würde es 3 Sterne für falsches Marketing bewerten. Die Beschreibung versprach mehrmals einen "englischsprachigen Fahrer", aber der uns zugewiesene Fahrer konnte kein Englisch sprechen. Zum Glück konnte ich etwas Chinesisch / Mandarin verstehen und für Wörter, die ich nicht verstehe, benutzte er den Google Übersetzer auf seinem Telefon, um mit uns zu kommunizieren. Aber es wurde mit vier Sternen bewertet, weil der Fahrer einen guten Service bietet. Sehr bequeme und schnelle Fahrt vom Flughafen zu unserem Airbnb. Mein Mann hat auch versehentlich seine Brieftasche im Auto gelassen und der Fahrer hat sich die Freiheit genommen, seine Brieftasche an uns zurückzusenden, wobei alles noch intakt ist. Ich würde diesen Service jedem empfehlen, der kein Auto in Perth mietet, da das Uber / Airport Taxi mehr kosten würde + Sie müssen anstehen. Ich würde Klook jedoch empfehlen, auch Ihre Beschreibung zu bearbeiten, um das Versprechen eines englischsprachigen Fahrers zu entfernen. Der Fahrer war höflich und professionell! Er teilte Einblicke darüber, wie man sich in Perth fortbewegt! Das Wetter war kalt, als ich am Straßenrand auf den Fahrer wartete.
Der Fahrer ist pünktlich. Er half uns, in das Airbnb zu kommen.
Pünktlich angekommen und sicher am Flughafen angekommen und nach Hause zurückgekehrt. Ich wäre sicher angekommen, auch wenn ich andere Verkehrsmittel benutzt hätte, aber ich war erleichtert, im Voraus reserviert zu haben, da meine Englischkenntnisse gering sind.
Der Fahrer war pünktlich und sehr effizient. Musste die Initiative ergreifen, um Klook für den Kontakt des Fahrers zu kontaktieren. Wäre besser, wenn wir nicht jagen müssten.
