Luggage Services
- Please note: Package quantity should be the number of luggage
- Normal luggage: Any dimension for a NORMAL LUGGAGE shall not be larger than 1 metre, and the maximum weight shall not be heavier than 25 kgs
- Special luggage: Any items which is requested for a special handling such as sports equipment, music instrument, baby carriage, wheel chair, etc.
- All luggage should be separated rather than being bundled or attached with any other item, including but not limited to plastic bag, traveling pillow, and small traveling bag(s)
- For schedule luggage delivery, driver will pick up luggage within 3 hours after drop-off time (cannot appoint time)
- The luggage should be in its pristine condition and can be closed, sealed, or zipped accordingly
- The luggage must not contain any illegal, dangerous, prohibited, risky, or suspicious item
- Please select the unit type base on the type of your item
- The operator will notify you on the status of the delivery of your luggage
- Ensure you can be reached through the contact number you've provided upon check out
- For hotel luggage delivery and pick up, please coordinate with your hotel's concierge
- Please strictly follow the aforementioned procedures to avoid delays in the delivery or pick up of your luggage
- If you are going to claim your luggage earlier than the scheduled pick up time, please check its status before proceeding to the pick up counter
- If the drop-off place is at home, condo, airbnb, customer is required to wait for AIRPORTELs staff to collect the luggage
- If the drop off place is at Airport, please choose your preferred luggage drop off time to be 2 hours later your flight arrival time
- If customer collect the luggage at service counter on a different date from the drop off date, additional charge applies for collection done after the 24 hours (THB100/day/piece) has to be paid directly to AIRPORTELs staff
- The extra charge fee may occured for the late retrieval at the AIRPORTELs counter
- For booking modifications, please contact center@airportels.asia before 12:00am of the service date. You can check the latest status of your booking at service tracking page with your Booking Reference ID

- For luggage delivery service, please book at least 2 hours before you deposit your luggage and wait for confirmation from AIRPORTELs
- For luggage storage, if you deposit your luggage 30 minutes after the scheduled deposit time, the booking will be considered as a no show and no refunds will be given
- For luggage delivery, booking will be treated as a no show with no refund if the actual drop off time is later than the scheduled drop off time (9:00, 12:00, or 15:00)
- For luggage storage, you are welcome to pick up your luggage 24 hours after the drop off
- In the event that the customer does not meet the booking details, or if the booking is in the out of service conditions, additional charges shall be applied and have to be paid directly to AIRPORTELs

Mein Abflug war um 22 Uhr. Ich habe mich für diesen Service entschieden, damit ich in Phuket spielen kann, ohne ins Hotel zurückzukehren. Das Gepäckpersonal traf gegen 11:30 Uhr ein, vor der Buchungszeit von 12:00 Uhr. Er machte ein Foto von dem Gepäck, bevor er es auf den Lastwagen legte. Das Unternehmen hat mir eine E-Mail gesendet, um den Vorgang zu aktualisieren. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Das ist ein sehr zufriedenstellender Service, ich habe mein Gepäck sicher und zu einem erschwinglichen Preis in die nächste Unterkunft gebracht. Ich habe den Abhol- und Abgabeort fälschlicherweise in die entgegengesetzte Richtung geschrieben, also habe ich eine E-Mail erhalten und sofort eine Nachricht gesendet, in dem Wissen, dass es falsch war. gute Arbeit ^^
Besonders wenn man unabhängig reist, scheint es oft schwierig zu sein, das Gepäck am letzten Tag des Tourplans aufzubewahren, und das war auch bei dieser Reiseroute der Fall. In einem großen örtlichen Einkaufszentrum gab es einen Gepäckaufbewahrungsdienst. Während ich überlegte, ob ich ihn nutzen sollte, erfuhr ich vom KLOOK-Dienst und beschloss, ihn zu nutzen. Es war sehr praktisch und der Preis war nicht belastend. Ich machte mir keine Sorgen darüber, ob es gut gespeichert werden würde (kein KLOOK-Problem, sondern ein Problem mit dem lokalen Netzwerk), aber ich hatte das Gefühl, dass es sehr gut verwaltet wurde. Allerdings war es etwas schwierig, die Lage des Airport Hotels vom Flughafen Suvarnabhumi aus zu finden. Haha. Es ist wirklich praktisch, ohne Gepäck zu reisen und es vom Flughafen abzuholen, daher halte ich eine Reservierung im Airport Hotel für ein Muss für meine nächste Reise.
