Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund as long as you don't redeem your voucher
• Partial refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Participation for some attractions has been suspended
• Partial refund rules: 20% of activity cost will be refunded in case of unforeseen events.
• Tickets can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been validated.
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Lost, stolen or damaged tickets can't be refunded
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants don't follow the rules
• Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 30 minutes or more
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 5 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
• Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
