Jayden is a fantastic guide! He is so friendly and greets all of us with smiles all the time! He makes the day tour so entertaining and relaxed. He went all out to make us feel not left out by texting us details of meeting time and venue in English. He spoke English very fluently too. He takes great photos for us too. Highly recommend his service whether you understand Korean or not. Highly recommended !

We knew the tour was conducted in Korean but we still enjoy ourselves. Our guide/driver Jayden speak fluent English so it was not a problem. He was informative and help us take so many photos. Wollongong, Gerringong & kiama was a break from Sydney CBD. The views was so beautiful especially in Gerringong. Beautiful beach & waves for surfing. Sunny weather add to the enjoyment. was a great day with Jayden, our friendly tour guide. he was explained anything very well and he good in english as well. the trip was very smooth and comfortable. we have a nice experience and huge couple photos. Beautiful views and an enjoyable tour with Subcha. However, the distance is a little bit far, advisable to take a day trip package (with zig-zag tour) for anyone who wishes to go to there.

My wife and I just finished the full day Sydney, Wollong, Gerringong, and Kiama tour with Jayden, and it was outstanding even though it’s advertised in Korean. From the start, Jayden made sure we never felt left out by greeting us in English and switching between languages throughout the day for all important info and instructions. While he delivered the main commentary in Korean, he gave us clear English summaries of the history, fun facts, and key details at each stop, making it feel like a private mini-tour. He paced the day perfectly with enough time to explore and take photos, kept everyone on track with clear instructions, and gave great local food tips in Gerringong we wouldn’t have found ourselves. Jayden was warm, patient, and professional while keeping the vibe light and fun. If you’re a non-Korean speaker, don’t hesitate to book—Jayden ensures everyone feels included and turns a potential language barrier into one of the most memorable days we’ve had in Sydney.

2nd time with Zic Zac (although we don’t understand Korean)! Our guide this round was also very helpful, recommending food and helping us take pictures! as the attractions are far apart, if you are unfamiliar with Kiama, highly recommend taking this tour! 😊

I had a fantastic experience on this tour! Although it was primarily a Korean tour, the guide went out of his way to accommodate me and communicated very clearly in English, which I really appreciated. The ride was very comfortable, and everything was well-organized from start to finish. The guide gave clear instructions throughout the trip and made the experience enjoyable with his friendly and fun personality. He also kindly took photos and videos for me, which made the tour even more memorable. It was evident that he was very knowledgeable about all the tourist spots we visited, adding helpful insights along the way. Overall, it was excellent value for money, and I would definitely book this tour again. Highly recommended!

Wir sprechen kein Koreanisch, aber unser Guide Joon war sehr freundlich. Er kommunizierte und gab uns Erklärungen mit etwas Englisch und Textnachrichten. Die Tour war nicht gehetzt, wir hatten an jeder Attraktion 30 Minuten oder mehr Zeit, um Fotos zu machen und die Landschaft zu genießen. Es war ausreichend Zeit vorhanden. Dieser Ort ist ideal für Leute, die gerne Landschaften und das Meer sehen, ganz anders als das Stadtzentrum von Sydney!
