Additional Information:
- You will be charged for the entire duration of your trip only. If you are departing on 1 May and returning on 5 May, you will be charged for 5 days of usage. Please select your departure date during time of booking
- This particular service is only provided for Indonesia, with device pick up and drop off at your address. For WiFi services in other locations, please see the individual destinations
- Wi-fi devices are generally available. In the rare event that it has been booked out, you will be notified at least 1 day in advance by email
International Fair Usage Policy:
- If the 500MB or 1GB daily data limit (Fair Use Policy) has been reached, the speed will be capped at 3G
- Under the Fair Usage Policy, users who deal with large amounts of data in a short period of time might, without prior notice, have their data use limited or throttled at the discretion of the telecommunications company of the country of destination
- Please refrain from watching videos for a long time, etc., or from using a huge amount of data in a short period of time
- The operator is in no way responsible or liable for the incurred data limit as per above, and you will still be charged with the appropriate fees during your rental period
Compensation Charges:
- A security deposit will be required during pick up
- The security deposit will be refunded when the device is returned undamaged
- In case of loss or damaged device without insurance, charges will be deducted from the deposit. If the deposit is insufficient, an extra charge will be required
- Please note that a penalty fee will be charged for late returns

- In case of loss, you must pay the following additional charges:
- 3.5G Pocket WiFi: PHP2,000
- 4G Pocket WiFi: PHP10,000

Delivery and Return Procedure:
- Please leave your address at check out. WiFi device will be delivered to you at least 2 days before your departure date
- WiFi device will be picked up from the address 1-2 days after your trip, the courier will contact you to coordinate the pick-up schedule
Delivery Procedure
- Time: 9:00am-3:00pm, daily
- Simply select your required number of days when booking. If you decide to keep the device longer, you can pay for extra days on return
- Present your voucher when you pick up the device
- Please note: You will be asked to leave a security deposit. The amount will be refunded once you return the device
Return Procedure
- Time: 9:00am-3:00pm, daily
- Return the device to the courier
- Receive your deposit refund
- Please note: Pay for the extra days used if you exceeded the limited number of days for usage of the device
- In cases of late return, lost or damaged device without insurance, charges will be deducted from the deposit, if the deposit is insufficient, an extra charge will be required
Activation Procedure:
- To activate the wifi device, press and hold the 'Power' button for 3 seconds until all 3 indicator lights flash green
- The indicator will light up in succession as the Hotspot connects to a local network
- Device should be switched off when not in use
- Press and hold the 'Power' button for 3 seconds until all lights go off

Kam 3 Tage vor unserem Flug an. obwohl das Signal ziemlich langsam und schwankend ist. kann aber noch verwendet werden. In den meisten Gegenden Balis gibt es nur einige Funklöcher. wahrscheinlich ist das Problem nicht das Gerät, sondern das Signal selbst in Bali.
Das Gerät wurde zwei Tage vor meiner Ausreise geliefert. Das Signal kann in der Stadt zuverlässig sein. Wenn Sie in die Berge fahren, wo sich einige der Touristenattraktionen befinden, ist es manchmal schwierig, eine anständige Verbindung zu bekommen.
Hatte eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung mit diesem WLAN. Das Gerät, das wir erhalten haben, war kaputt und steckte beim Öffnen des Geräts bei 15 % der Einrichtung fest. Es funktionierte während der gesamten Dauer unserer Reise nicht, auch wenn wir es an verschiedenen Orten auf Bali ausprobierten. Als wir uns diesbezüglich an das Team (Big Sky Nation) wandten, sagten sie, es handele sich um ein Hardwareproblem, und sie würden erstatten, was wir für das Gerät bezahlt hätten. Das Gerät wurde zurückgesendet und das Team antwortet nicht mehr auf meine Rückfragen bezüglich der Rückerstattung. Jemand anderes aus meiner Gruppe hat ein WLAN-Gerät von diesem Anbieter gemietet, und der Service war auf ganz Bali entweder langsam oder lückenhaft. Würde diesen Service überhaupt nicht empfehlen.
