Usage reminder
- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
- The operator is not responsible or liable for any changes made to data speed or usage. You will still be charged the agreed upon fee during your rental period
- Please proceed to uCloudlink Singapore office to pick up and return your device during opening hours
- The number of rental days will be counted starting from the date of departure to the date of arrival. For example, a total number of 5 rental days will be counted from 1-5 Dec
- Extra daily rental fees will be incurred for those who want to pick up their devices ahead of time
- A penalty fee of SGD20 per day will be charged for late returns
- The customer will be liable for any damages/loss of the device (capped at SGD100)

- By MRT: Take the MRT and alight at Chinatown Station (North-East Line (NE4) or Downtown Line (DT19). Take escalator up to Exit D. Walk towards People’s Park Centre pathway and go up the escalator then turn Right into People’s Park Centre. Go down the escalator to Basement level (POSB ATM Machine), continue straight and turn left, the office Ucloudlink Singapore Office is along the same stretch as SingPost
- By Bus (05022): Take Bus Numbers, 54, 124, 145, 147, 147e, 166, 190, 851, 851e and alight along Eu Tong Sen Street, and enter People’s Park Centre. Take escalator down to Basement Level 1 and proceed to Ucloudlink Singapore Office
- uCloudlink Singapore is closed on weekends and public holidays

Es ist so einfach und schnell, den WLAN-Router zu bekommen. Ich hole am selben Tag ab, an dem ich mich über kloop für den Router anmelde. Es gab keine Warteschlange und der gesamte Prozess innerhalb von 10 Minuten. Das Personal ist so schnell und erklärt sehr deutlich, wie man den Router benutzt. Es gibt auch ein Video online, wie man es benutzt. Der Router kann bis zu 5 Geräte unterstützen. Es ist so einfach, über Klook für den WLAN-Router zu buchen. Ich lade den Router nur einmal in 2 Tagen auf.
Einfach zu bedienen - die Gesamterfahrung war reibungslos und unkompliziert! Wifi war schnell und hatte keine Probleme, als wir in Batam waren. Würde es anderen empfehlen :)

Es war nicht so schlimm! Versuchen Sie einfach nicht, WLAN auf der Fähre zu verbinden, funktioniert möglicherweise nicht, hahaha

Das Signal ist manchmal gut oder schlecht, manchmal ist die Verbindung unterbrochen und Sie müssen die Verbindung immer wieder wiederherstellen.
