Staff not good and not easy to find the point to pick up

Der Fahrer war freundlich und hilfsbereit und der Shuttle war immer pünktlich. Übrigens ist die Anzahl der Transporter geringer als bei anderen Unternehmen. Ich musste eine Stunde warten.
