- This tour is a Japanese tour. The tour conductor will provide language support using a translator (Pocket Talk).
- Please note that the reserved seats for this tour are not chairs. Each guest is kindly asked to bring their own seating sheet or mat.
- The fireworks festival may still take place in rainy weather, so the tour will proceed as scheduled.
- However, the event may be canceled in case of severe weather conditions such as typhoons, strong winds, heavy rain, or river flooding that pose safety risks.
- Unless the organizers announce a cancellation before tour departure, the tour will proceed as planned. Final decisions may be made early on the event day, with notice from the tour guide.
- If the fireworks are canceled or postponed due to sudden bad weather after the tour starts, no refunds (including reserved seat fees) will be given.
- If postponed before departure due to a typhoon or similar, the tour will be canceled and refunded minus the ¥9,000 reserved seat fee.
- No refunds will be issued if canceled after departure. Travel costs to/from the meeting point are the customer’s responsibility.
