Eligibility

• Passengers who are 0-3 years old are considered as infants and are charged only the insurance

Booking Requirement

• All passengers must have their travel documents (passports, ID cards, valid visas) ready prior to boarding

Additional information

• Staff is available for guests requiring disability assistance
• Paying passengers except 11 years old below have up to fifty kilograms (50kg) baggage allowance. Any excess shall be charged ten pesos per kilogram (10php/kg)
• Pregnant passengers who are 6 months pregnant must provide a medical clearance acquired from a physician or an OB-Gyne indicating that they are fit to travel via sea and must accomplish a waiver provided by the company
• For sick passengers a medical certificate from a physician must be acquired indicating that they are fit to travel via sea. In worse cases, a sick passenger must be accompanied by a medical practitioner and complete the waiver provided by the company
• If traveling with a pet, a permit to travel from the Bureau of Quarantine (Vaccine record needed) and certificate to travel from the vet must be presented. The pet must also be in a cage and are placed in an allocated area in the vessel. Pets are not allowed inside the accommodations

Rebooking Policy

• Passengers can rebook before or after the scheduled trip. Ticket validity is thirty (30) days from the departure schedule.
• Rebooking is subject to slot availability regardless of reason.
• Rebooking fee is 10% of the base fare if requested before the departure schedule and 30% after the departure schedule.

Redemption information

• Present your printed voucher and exchange it for a physical ticket at the port
