• Citizens with passports from Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau cannot commission Taiwanese travel agencies to apply for Indian e-visas. Travelers need to inquire and apply at the local embassy or representative office.
• If you have previously obtained an Indian visa, you must provide an electronic file of the Indian visa page.
• During peak travel seasons, application and approval times may be extended. It takes 10 business days for the application (application and approval times may be extended during peak travel seasons).
• The photo provided must be of passport specifications with a resolution of at least 350 pixels in height and at least 350 pixels in width (it is recommended not to wear military uniforms or academic dress).
• If supplementary documents are required due to insufficient photo resolution, the processing time will be recalculated.
• E-visas cannot be extended, converted to other types, or used to enter "protected or restricted areas" such as Sikkim.

• Due to visa application requirements, if you have ever engaged in the following behaviors, please do not place an order for an Indian e-visa. Refunds will not be provided if the visa application is rejected due to any of the following behaviors:

1. Have you ever visited Afghanistan, Bhutan, Pakistan, Maldives, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, or Nepal?
2. Have you ever been arrested/prosecuted/convicted by any country's court?
3. Have you ever been refused entry/deported by any country, including India?
4. Have you ever engaged in human trafficking/drug trafficking/child abuse/crimes against women/economic crimes/financial fraud?
5. Have you ever engaged in cybercrime/terrorism/sabotage/espionage/genocide/political assassination/other despicable acts?
6. Have you ever, in any way or medium, expressed views that defend or praise terrorist acts of violence or may encourage others to participate in terrorist acts or other serious crimes?
7. Have you ever sought asylum (political or otherwise) in any country?

• If you are attending international conferences, seminars, etc., you need to purchase the correct purpose visa separately, and you cannot use a business visa. The correct visa type must be based on the content of the invitation letter. Refunds will not be provided if the visa application is rejected due to applying for the wrong purpose visa.

• If you have applied for a visa yourself, please proactively inform customer service personnel in advance. If the applicant fails to provide guaranteed authentic information, no refund will be given if the application is rejected.
• The visa office grants visas based on the judgment of the visa officer, and the visa office has the right to refuse to explain the reasons for refusing to issue a visa.
• The visa validity period is not the same as the length of stay in India. The visa validity period (calculated from the application date) refers to the period during which you can enter India, and the length of stay is determined by customs.
• Please read the relevant regulations for document processing in detail, confirm the required information, and pay attention to the number of working days for document processing in order to meet your departure date.
