Remarks:

• “Discovery Bay Easter Egg Hunt On the Beach cum Carnival 2025” (the “Event”) will be available for registration from 10am on 5 March to 11:59pm on 11 March 2025 via the online platform of Klook, exclusive for Discovery Bay residents. Quota is limited on a first-come first-served basis, while stocks last.
• Participants have to arrive in DB Plaza for registration and redemption of the Welcome Goodies Bag 45 minutes prior to the game time.
• A valid Discovery Bay residential address shall be provided during online registration. If the information is found to be false or misrepresentation, the Event Organiser reserves the right to cancel the registration and no refund will be made.
• The Event Organiser reserves the right to request the participants to present the valid DB Resident Octopus Card or address proof before admission for verification.
• If you are unable to present a valid resident Octopus card or proof of address during registration on the event day, the Easter Egg Hunt Pass you are holding will become invalid.
• No refund or change (including change in grouping or event date) shall be entertained once the registration is completed
• Once the announcement of event cancellation is made due to adverse weather or force majeure factors, no request for refund or compensation under such circumstances shall be entertained.
• The "TeamUnlock+" Adventure Online Game activation link will be sent by email to "Egg Hunt Combo Pass" holder. Login details and confirmation for the Discovery Bay Easter Adventure Online Game by TeamUnlock+ will be sent within 5 working days after successful registration via email.
• The HK$50 DB Voucher will be distributed to "Egg Hunt Combo Pass" holder during on-site restristration.
• In the event that a child participant does not meet the age requirement of the specific game session that he/she is registered for, the organiser reserves the right to refuse his/her entry, and no request for refund or compensation under such circumstances shall be entertained. For any doubts of the age of the participating child, the organiser reserves the right to check identification proof upon registration or entry of egg hunt game zone.

Administration fee for DB Residents:

• Child (aged 3-10）：HK$268 / HK$368 per child (for Group Age 3-4, an adult (aged 18 or above) is allowed to enter the egg hunt zone and accompany the child participant. The accompanying parent or adult does not need to register an additional Egg Hunt Pass. In case the child participant is absent, the accompanying adults are not allowed to enter the egg hunt zone alone or participate in the egg hunt game on their behalf. For games of other age groups, adults are not allowed to enter the egg hunt zone.)
• In each online registration, each person is allowed to register up to two Egg Hunt Passes or Egg Hunt Combo Passes from the same or different game session, and each child participant is eligible to participate in any one session only during the whole event period.
• Passes are available in limited quotas on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last.
• No refund or change (including change in grouping or event date) shall be entertained once the registration is completed.
• If the organiser has any doubts regarding the age of a child, the organiser has the right to request participants to show valid identification at the time of registration or entry to confirm the child's age. If valid identification cannot be provided, or if the child's age does not meet the requirements of the group, the held Easter Egg Hunt pass will be immediately invalidated.
• Once the announcement of event cancellation is made due to adverse weather or force majeure factors, no request for refund or compensation under such circumstances shall be entertained. For adverse weather arrangements, please refer to our official website.
• Participants should arrive at the "Admission Zone" located in DB Plaza during the specified on-site registration date/time and redeem one Welcome Goodies Bag and “Discovery Bay Easter Carnival” game pass by presenting the valid Egg Hunt Pass ePass or ready-printed forms registered via Klook. On-site staff will scan the QR code on the valid Egg Hunt Pass as verification.
• Each QR code can only be used for a single entry.
• The organiser and Klook shall not be responsible for the failure of delivery of the Easter Egg Hunt Pass via email due to any incorrect or inaccurate email address or other information given by the participant during the registration process. No request for refund or compensation under such circumstances shall be entertained.
• All participants are required to read the following terms and conditions before registration, and are considered to have full understanding of and be in agreement with such terms and conditions upon completion of registration.
• The number and allocation of prizes are designated by the organiser. Participants shall not have any objection to the distribution of prizes. The prizes are neither exchangeable nor refundable. The Organiser reserves the right of the final decision.

• Once the announcement of rescheduling or cancellation is made, the event will NOT resume even if the signal will be cancelled subsequently anytime during the day.
• All participants are required to read the following terms and conditions before registration, and are considered to have full understanding of and be in agreement with such terms and conditions upon completion of registration.

Special Weather Arrangements:

• As an outdoor event, the Event is subject to inclement weather conditions on the event days. Once the registration process is completed, the participant is deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of the game, and also agrees that the organiser’s decision on the rescheduling or cancellation of the event according to on-site weather conditions shall be final. No request for refund or compensation under such circumstances shall be entertained.
• Once the announcement of event cancellation is made due to adverse weather or force majeure factors, no request for refund or compensation under such circumstances shall be entertained. for those participants who have not collected welcome goodies bag on affected event date can redeem the welcome goodie bag upon presenting the valid egg hunt pass in designated period afterwards. (Redemption arrangement will be announced via VisitDiscoveryBay scial media and website one week after the affected event date)
• In case of adverse weather conditions on the event days, the organiser shall have the sole discretion to make arrangements. Please refer to our official website.
• Once the announcement of rescheduling or cancellation is made, the event will NOT resume even if the signal will be cancelled subsequently anytime during the day.
