I got the voucher from Klook mentioning the QR code and booking id. But while entering the park, the counter did not allow to enter as they did not have any information about Klook booking. I reached service desk at the park also about this but they were not sure again. They asked me to reach Klook Support. Klook support also said we just have this QR code with us and we cant provide any such solution. Then I had to contact the media marketing manager of wonderla and he said that they had a contract through cleartrip only and they need the cleartrip ID, but I did not recieve any email from cleartrip. So at the end he could help me entering into the park but it wasted about 2 hours of mine and I had to upgrade to fast track ticket to avoid queues. So better book it at bookmyshow.com otherwise you will be in a mess.
wonderla people refused to enter into, we wasted our precious time around hour over there, so please process to Refund our half money at least.

Es war ein großartiger Tag bei Wonderla - ein unvergesslicher Tag, den ich mit meiner Freundin verbracht und sehr genossen habe. Hinweis: Wenn Sie Tickets von klook buchen, stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie die Buchungsbestätigung per E-Mail von Clear Trip erhalten. Denn ohne die Reise würde ich in der E-Mail nicht zulassen. Wir mussten länger als 2 Stunden draußen warten, da einer meiner Freunde die E-Mail nicht erhalten hatte, aber der Helpdesk war hilfreich, um sie zu sortieren.
Please do not book it from Klook. They do not generate a valid voucher for you. I visited the place with my family and realised that there is no booking done by Klook. Also, they do not even process your refund. The overall experience is pathetic. Request to not book this activity
