  • 【About accommodation】By default, a twin room is arranged in the hotel, 2 adults share one room. This trip cannot be shared. If you are traveling with an odd number of adults, please be sure to purchase a "single room difference". A single room will be arranged for you; if 3 adults travel, purchase an additional "single room difference", so that two rooms will be arranged for you
  • This group is a nationwide group tour. The round-trip shuttle bus from the airport/highway station to the hotel departs on a fixed schedule, and you may need to wait for 0.5 hours
  • The airport/highway station and the city trip are different tour guides. The tour guide will contact you from 19:00 to 21:00 the night before the trip. Please pay attention to the text messages on your mobile phone and keep the phone open
  • The hotel usually checks in after 14:00. If you arrive before 14:00, you can leave your luggage at the hotel front desk, go for free activities first, and then return to the hotel to check in after 14:00
  • During the peak tourist season, rooms are tight. If you are traveling with a group, we may arrange for two people to stay in a king-size bed room (1.8m wide or 1.5m wide bed). The room type is not guaranteed and will be arranged according to the actual room status of the hotel. Standard rooms are not guaranteed.
  • If the hotel arranged by our agency is a hotel within the reference range and the hotel has no hardware damage, but the guest subjectively thinks the hotel is not good after arrival, in principle, the hotel will not be changed. If the guest insists on changing, please pay for the car fare and hotel cleaning fee! If there is no hotel to change during the peak season, our agency will refund the guests according to the standard of single room difference, and guests can book rooms by themselves.
  • Please bring your own luggage and belongings when sending to the station. If the luggage or belongings are missed/lost, the tourists will bear the responsibility. If the missing items are found by our agency, the postage for mailing to tourists will be borne by the guests.
  • The principle of our agency's station delivery is to arrive at the airport two hours in advance and arrive at the train station one hour in advance. If the guests do not cooperate and miss the flight/train, the responsibility will be borne by the tourists.
  • Elderly people over 70 years old need to be accompanied by family members, health certificates, and disclaimers.
  • All free items will not be refunded if not used.
  • Meals, cars, tour guides, and tickets are not included during free activities.
  • In the case of many attractions, our agency has the right to make appropriate adjustments to the itinerary.
  • The time in the itinerary is for reference only. The specific time will be based on the time situation and the tour guide's arrangement.
  • Gulangyu implements a real-name system. Tourists must provide their accurate name and ID number when registering. They can board the ship only if their ticket, ID, and person are consistent (children without ID cards can bring their household registration books). Our agency is not responsible for any failure to board the ship due to personal reasons such as omission of wrong documents or temporary change of travel personnel, and failure to contact us in time 48 hours in advance.
  • If the itinerary cannot be visited normally due to typhoons, blizzards or other force majeure, our agency is only responsible for refunding the ticket price difference. If there are other expenses, the guests need to pay for them.
  • During the itinerary, restaurants, scenic spots, farmhouses, long-distance rest stops and surrounding shopping stores are not shopping places arranged by the travel agency. Please purchase carefully according to personal needs.
  • This group does not arrange room sharing. If you are traveling alone, please be sure to prepay the room difference before traveling.
  • Due to the shortage of rooms in Xiamen during winter and summer vacations and holidays, triple rooms or extra beds need to be confirmed with the planning and adjustment before placing an order. There will be more double bed rooms during winter and summer vacations and holidays, so both standard rooms and double beds may be arranged. Please understand the inconvenience.
  • If the flight or train is cancelled, delayed, and other policy price adjustments or force majeure causes the itinerary to be delayed or changed, the expenses incurred will be borne by the guests themselves. We The agency will assist in the arrangement
  • Due to the particularity of Fujian tourism, there will be a phenomenon of carpooling during the itinerary, but it will definitely not affect your trip, please understand
  • Group tickets cannot be transferred, changed or refunded.
