- 5-seater vehicle: 1-3 passengers and 3 luggage
- 7-seater vehicle: 4 passengers and 4 luggage
- 9-seater vehicle: 5-7 passengers and 7 luggage
- Please note: The standard luggage size is 30in. Each passenger can only bring one luggage and a personal handbag. Additional luggage won’t be accommodated

- Service hours: 7:00am-9:00pm
- Driver will only pick you up on the select time period
- You will receive the driver’s contact information between 8:00pm-10:00pm (UTC +8) one day before your scheduled pick up via email. Should you not receive any information, please contact Klook customer service
- The service is not suitable for children aged 0-4 or weighing 1-17kg, as the transfer service is unable to provide child seats
- Infants aged 0-1 do count as passengers
- No wheelchairs are allowed. For other special luggage (e.g. strollers, walking canes, sports equipments, etc.), it is highly recommended you book a 9-seater car
- Please be at the meet up location 10 minutes before the scheduled pick up time. The driver will only wait up to 5 minutes. Failure to arrive on time will be considered as a no-show and no refunds will be issued
- Food and drinks are not allowed inside the vehicles
- An additional surcharge of TWD300 will incur for services to/from New Taipei City
- There might be instances that a taxi may be provided for the tour as a vehicle. No additional fees will be collected

Die Fahrt selbst war landschaftlich reizvoll, aber mein Fahrer, Herr Wu, schlief mehrmals ein, während er im Tunnel fuhr Autofahren, wenn sie nicht ausgeruht/unter Einfluss stehen/aus anderen Gründen, die ihre Fahrtüchtigkeit beeinträchtigen.
