- Delay may occur depending on traffic and weather conditions on your tour date
- Passengers must allow for ample transition time between their land trip to or from Bagan and their scheduled flights. The transfer operator will not be responsible for missed flights or appointments
- The bus company that you will use on your travel date will be arranged once your booking is confirmed. The operator will inform you at least 1 day before your scheduled travel date via email
- Passengers may bring foldable baby strollers, provided that these will be stored inside the bottom compartment of the bus

Einfach und bequem. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Minustemperatur im Bus.
Der Sitz ist alt und die meisten Einrichtungen sind in keinem guten Zustand. Zum Beispiel ist die Steckdose neben meinem Sitz total zerstört und nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Es gibt keinen Sicherheitsgurt für meinen Sitz, was sehr gefährlich ist. Außerdem spielt der Fahrer die ganze Nacht laut die Buddha-Lieder, die die Passagiere nicht schlafen lassen. Der Service dieses Betreibers ist sehr schlecht. Nicht empfohlen.

Obwohl die Fahrt aufgrund unebener Straßen holprig war, fuhr der Fahrer sicher und sorgte dafür, dass unsere Reise komfortabel war. Das Abendessen wurde auf halber Strecke in einem Restaurant serviert.
Gut organisiert, mit verstellbaren Sitzen, Decken und Snacks und Wasser. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aber es war schwierig, ihr Englisch zu verstehen. Die Straße war ziemlich holprig, aber der Fahrer war gut.
Pünktlich und der Fahrer sehr hilfsbereit. Kann gut Englisch sprechen. Er bringt uns dazu, gutes einheimisches Essen aus Myanmar zu essen.
Der Bus ist sehr zu empfehlen, bequem und angenehm für Langstreckenfahrten
