Additional Information:

  • Please note: When booking, please choose a vehicle that can fully accommodate your group size. The operator reserves the right to request guests to book an additional vehicle in case your traveling group size does not fit your chosen vehicle on the day of travel

  • In case the tour gets cancelled due to inclement weather, the operator will inform you if the tour will be rescheduled or if refunds will be granted
  • This transfer service operates 24 hours
  • Child seats are available upon request, for children aged 0-4 or 109cm and below in height only. Please note that all requests are subject to availability. In case of unavailability, the local operator will inform you before your selected travel date
  • Children are counted as 1 adult seat inside the vehicle and are not allowed to sit on their parents' laps
  • This transfer service is wheelchair-friendly
  • Food and drinks are not allowed inside the vehicles
  • The driver can speak basic English only
  • Please note: the activity is not available for airport pick up or drop off

Surcharges:

Arrival Transfers

  • The driver will wait up to 30 minutes from your scheduled pick up time. Any additional waiting time will incur an additional surcharge of THB300 per hour past the 30-minute grace period, to be paid in cash (THB) directly to the driver

Departure Transfers

  • The driver will wait up to 30 minutes from your scheduled pick up time. Any additional waiting time will incur an additional surcharge of THB300 per hour past the 30-minute grace period, to be paid in cash (THB) directly to the driver

Child Seats

  • One child seat can be provided for free, thereafter there will be an additional surcharge of THB200 per child seat, to be paid in cash directly to the driver

Extra Stops

  • Any additional stops will incur an additional surcharge ranging from THB300 to THB2000 for the first hour depending on distance, and an additional surcharge of THB300 per hour will be applied for waiting time exceeding 1 hour, to be paid in cash (THB) directly to the driver before the trip starts
