- According to the location provided in the 'Other Info' section, it must be within Tokyo's 23 Wards, Maihama (Disneyland area), or Yokohama City
- Your luggage will arrive at your designated hotel before 21:00 on the same day

- Please hand carry your passport, flight documents and other important personal items
- For luggage delivery from hotel, you may leave the hotel after taking photos of your luggage and storage receipt. The driver does not necessarily collect your luggage at the time you drop it off at the concierge
- If your luggage does not meet legal requirements, it will be refused even if the booking is a success. Customers will bear all losses, legal liabilities, and consequences that occur
- Please check your luggage upon pick up. Take a photo if you find something wrong for consultation with our customer service staff. After the luggage is confirmed as received, the service is complete and the operator no longer bears any responsibility

Exzellenter Service! Unser Gepäck wurde pünktlich um 9 Uhr (wie geplant) an der Rezeption unseres Hotels in Kyoto abgeholt, und als wir gegen 19 Uhr unser Hotel in Tokio erreichten, wartete unser Gepäck dort bereits auf uns. Keine Schäden, keine Verzögerung. Wir haben unseren ersten Tag unserer Tokio-Erkundung sorgenfrei und „freihändig“ genossen! Sehr empfehlenswert!
Nach unserer Reise durch Tokio, Osaka und Kyoto war unser Gepäck größer als erwartet, und wir brauchten eine Lösung, um es von Kyoto zu unserem letzten Hotel in der Nähe des Flughafens Haneda zu schicken. LuggAgent war unser Lebensretter. Sie holten das Gepäck von unserem Hotel in Kyoto ab, und wir konnten ohne Gepäck mit dem Shinkansen zu unserem Zielort fahren. Als wir im Hotel ankamen, warteten die Koffer bereits auf uns. Ich kann den Service uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würde ihn jederzeit wieder nutzen.
Ich hatte große Bedenken, meinen Koffer vorauszuschicken, aber es hat alles sehr gut geklappt! Mein Koffer wartete in Kyoto auf mich und der Buchungs- und Kommunikationsprozess war einfach und schnell! Da ich einen AirTag habe, konnte ich sehen, wo mein Gepäck war, sonst hätte ich keine E-Mail erhalten, wie es im Service angegeben war – das wäre nett gewesen! Ich kann diesen Service auf jeden Fall wirklich empfehlen, denn mit einem Koffer mit der Metro und dem Shinkansen zu reisen ist so mühsam!
Ich wollte mein Gepäck nicht mitnehmen, da ich viele Transfers zu meinem nächsten Hotel hatte und wie versprochen um 19 Uhr mein Gepäck in mein neues Hotel gebracht wurde. Sie können es problemlos benutzen.
Dies war bei weitem die beste Entscheidung, die wir auf unserer Reise getroffen haben. Wir mussten unser Gepäck nicht im Shinkansen schleppen. Sie kamen pünktlich und das Gepäck wurde früher als erwartet geliefert.
Sparen Sie Energie, ohne Ihr schweres Gepäck von Stadt zu Stadt schleppen zu müssen. Das Gepäck kam um 17:00 Uhr im Zielhotel an.
