Ticket information

• **All tickets will be sent by the organizer to the email you purchased the tickets within 48 hours after the order is confirmed. Please show the tickets issued by email when entering. **
• There is no handling fee. Audiences can enter by scanning the electronic QR code.

Notes to ticket buyers

• Each ticket is only for one person to enter the venue. You must hold a valid original ticket or scan the electronic ticket to enter.
• Only suitable for persons aged 3 or above. Spectators aged 3-12 must be accompanied by an adult, please consider before purchasing tickets.
• Only a maximum of 8 tickets can be purchased per transaction.
• All tickets sold are non-transferable, non-refundable or non-exchangeable.
• If tickets are lost, defaced or stolen, the organizer and the ticketing platform will not reissue or replace tickets, and will not assume any responsibility.
• The seat map is for reference only. The organizer reserves the right to change the ticket price, seat arrangement and number.
• It is strictly prohibited to bring professional photography and video equipment inside the venue.
• All copyrights of this performance belong to the organizer and cannot be used for commercial purposes.

Important revelations

• Due to safety reasons, "selfie sticks" are not allowed within the venue.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in the performance venue.
• No outside food and drinks are allowed into the performance venue.
• It is strictly prohibited to bring glass bottles, any inflatable objects that are lighter than air regardless of their materials (such as balloons), any dangerous goods, weapons, sprays or sharp tools into the performance venue.
• It is strictly prohibited to bring or use illegal drugs in the performance venue.
• The sale or distribution of unauthorized merchandise or other items is strictly prohibited within the performance venue.
• Do not stand on the seat.
• No staying on stairs or public corridors.
• Carrying and distributing fireworks, pyrotechnics, or using laser instruments is strictly prohibited.
• It is not allowed to carry or use any remote control flying equipment or toys (such as model helicopters, drones).
• The performance may have strong light, flash or smoke effects. If the audience feels uncomfortable or needs assistance, please notify on-site medical or security personnel as soon as possible.
• Latecomers may be admitted at an appropriate time, but latecomers' right to enter the venue cannot be guaranteed.
• In case of any dispute, Show Plus (Hong Kong) Investment Limited reserves the right of final decision.
• If there is any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail.
