[Reservation ~ Arrival at the ski resort] After making a reservation, we will reply within 1-4 working days to confirm the hotel’s vacancy and then reply whether the reservation has been confirmed. There may be delays in replying during the peak ski season. Please understand. The meeting and departure point of the bus is “Tokyo Marunouchi Kajibashi Parking Lot”. • After gathering and reporting, the staff will give you accommodation and cable car redemption coupons related to the itinerary. Please confirm that the contents are correct before departure and keep them properly. If you have any questions, please contact the supplier
• Depending on the number of registrants, buses from other travel agencies that provide ski services may be used. If the above situation occurs, the return parking location and time will be adjusted. We will notify you by email 1 week before departure to the day before departure. Please be informed.
• You need to use the local free shuttle bus from the ski resort to your chosen hotel. For the detailed shuttle bus time, please refer to the information sent to you on the day.
• When meeting in Tokyo, the bus will leave on time. Please arrive at the meeting point in advance and do not be late.
• For all ski bus tours organized by the supplier (TRAVEX TOURS), the outbound and return buses are different. Please take all your belongings with you when you get off the bus and do not leave them on the bus.
• After the bus arrives at Hakuba Goryu/Hakuba 47 Ski Resort, please confirm your valuables before getting off the bus
• You can check in after 15:00, and you can store your luggage and use the hotel's changing room facilities before that.
• If you need to rent ski equipment, you can rent it at the rental shop in the ski resort (reservations cannot be made)
• Once the ski equipment is rented, it cannot be replaced, and you must pay to rent it again after returning it. Please note that
