Ticket purchase instructions
- This ticket is a limited-time ticket. Please enter according to the [date] and [time period] selected when purchasing the ticket. Bring the QR code of the ticket to the entrance of the National Taipei University of Education, Beijing Normal University to scan and enter the museum (no ticket exchange is required). And follow the staff’s instructions to line up for admission.
- Please visit the exhibition within the selected time period. There is no limit on the time you can stay in the exhibition hall, but repeated admissions are not allowed. If you miss the reservation time or have expired tickets, you can ask the staff to help queue up for admission during the exhibition period (i.e. before 5/4) depending on the number of people on site. *Each ticket can only be used once by one person and cannot be used repeatedly. *Those who are eligible to purchase special discount tickets (respecting the elderly/caring for love) must bring valid documents for inspection on the day of visit. Those who do not bring them will be charged the full price.
- Persons with disabilities are free of charge. Please prepare a valid ID for verification on the day of visit. The on-site staff will assist with admission. Those who do not bring it will be charged the full price. *Children under 6 years old can enter for free and must present their original ID and be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult. (If you do not bring your ID, your height will be judged by whether you are over 90 centimeters; your age will be calculated based on your actual age on the day of the visit) *Those who qualify for free tickets should take the initiative to present their IDs for verification by service staff before entering. If you are not eligible, please purchase tickets based on your status.
- The museum is closed every Monday, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day. If you want to visit, please pay attention to the closing date.
- If you need to refund the ticket after purchasing, please contact Klook customer service on [the end date of the exhibition (2025/5/4)]. Overdue tickets will not be accepted.
- If there are any unanswered questions regarding the above matters, please refer to the official website and FB announcement. The organizer reserves the right to interpret the event.
- This ticket is a valuable ticket, please keep it properly. If it is lost, damaged, punched, altered, defaced, copied or torn, it will be deemed invalid and will not be returned or reissued.
Admission instructions
- The exhibition area is open to personal non-commercial photography, except for works marked with prohibition of photography. To respect the intellectual property rights of the creators, please do not copy or copy the videos in the exhibition hall.
- Live video streaming, the use of flash, tripods, selfie sticks, 360-degree panoramic cameras or other auxiliary equipment is prohibited. If you need to report, please apply to the museum in advance, and please abide by the regulations of each exhibition area and the visiting order, and jointly maintain the quality of the visit
- Pets (except guide dogs on duty), long-handled umbrellas (except crutches for the elderly) and dangerous items are not allowed to enter. Please leave bags larger than A4 size (length 30 * width 21 * depth 15 cm) , please keep your personal valuables by yourself. The hotel is not responsible for the storage.
- Eating, smoking, chewing betel nut and chewing gum, playing, touching or climbing on exhibits and showcases are prohibited in the exhibition venue. If there is any damage, the museum reserves the right to claim compensation.
- In order to keep the circulation of the exhibition smooth, it is recommended to park children's strollers at the service desk on the first floor.
- The restrooms and trash cans are located on the first floor of the museum. It is recommended to use them before entering the museum.
- If you find any suspicious persons or unknown objects, lost items, or feel unwell, please seek assistance from nearby staff
- Please follow the visiting regulations. The museum reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who is deemed to be disruptive to the safety of the exhibits and the order of the visit, without compensation or refund of ticket fees. *Relevant regulations of the exhibition venue are mainly based on on-site announcements. If there are any outstanding matters, the organizer may amend and supplement them at any time. Other ticketing related regulations or any consumer disputes arising from this ticket shall be handled in accordance with the “What should be recorded and what must not be recorded in the art and cultural exhibition ticket stereotype contract” promulgated by the Ministry of Culture
