The restaurant is named “MiYa-Vie”, where “Miyabi” means elegance, and “Vie” means “life” and “lifestyle” in French. While keeping his Japanese identity grounded and valuing it, he created unique French cuisine. The restaurant mainly uses ingredients from Hokkaido, so please enjoy these French cuisine blended with exquisite Japanese food culture.
