Dies ist eine Ein-Stern-Bewertung, weil bei meiner Ankunft im Restaurant keine Reservierung unter meinem Namen vorlag. Ich teilte die Buchungsdetails und den QR-Code dem Restaurantpersonal mit, das wiederholt nachschaute und sagte, dass sie an diesem Tag keine Reservierungen unter einem nicht-koreanischen Namen hätten. Klook weigerte sich, die Buchungsgebühr zu erstatten, mit der Begründung, der Anbieter habe „bestätigt, dass die Reservierungen vorgenommen wurden“. Sparen Sie Ihr Geld und machen Sie sich nicht die Mühe, diesen Service zu nutzen; unglaublich stressig, wenn man mit Familie und Kindern reist – ein Service, der helfen soll, schafft nur mehr Stress.
