Booking guidelines
- This SIM card is not applicable for iPads, tablets, customized phones, contract phones, SIM locked, jailbroke and rooted devices
- Compatible models: iPhone X and above (iPhone 10 to iPhone 16 and newer series), and some Android phones. Please dial “*#06#” on your phone. If you immediately receive a response containing an “EID number,” then eSIM is supported. Please refer to the compatible phone models in the attached image
- Incompatible devices: Phones manufactured and sold in China, Hong Kong, and Macau cannot use eSIM. Select Samsung phones sold in Taiwan cannot use eSIM. Phones with carrier-locked numbers cannot be used. Please refer to your phone brand's official website to confirm eSIM support.

- This is a Data-only SIM card. Calls, texts, or topping up additional credits will not be possible

Usage reminder

Bei meiner Reise nach Ungarn und München konnte ich mich direkt nach der Landung und einer kurzen Recherche problemlos mit dem Internet verbinden, was sehr praktisch war. Für die 10-tägige Reise habe ich etwas mehr als 8 GB verbraucht, was ich voll ausgenutzt habe 👍🏻
Es ist zwar immer noch viel los, wenn man die Familie über die langen Ferien zum chinesischen Neujahrsfest mit nach Europa nimmt, aber ich habe erst spät daran gedacht, eine eSIM zu kaufen. Ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass ich sie ein oder zwei Stunden nach der Bestellung erhalten würde, und es ging auch sehr schnell. Das Internet ist super, denn selbst in kleineren Städten und Schlössern, die etwas weiter von Paris entfernt liegen, kann man normal ins Internet gehen. Ich kann diese Qualität empfehlen, aber man sollte sich wirklich ein Volumentarif kaufen, um die Nutzung selbst zu kontrollieren.
Das Internet ist sehr stabil. Gelegentlich kann es etwas langsamer sein, was an den lokalen Netzwerkbedingungen liegt (die Internetgeschwindigkeit ist in Europa nicht immer die höchste). Normalerweise läuft aber alles reibungslos. Der Preis ist auch nicht teuer, die Installation ist einfach. Sehr empfehlenswert.
Das Signal ist für die internationale Nutzung im Allgemeinen sehr gut. Das Recherchieren von Reisetipps und das Posten von Fotos ist problemlos möglich, und auch die Karten funktionieren einwandfrei. Der Kundenservice ist sehr kompetent, antwortet superschnell und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank!
Obwohl es anfänglich einige Aktivierungsprobleme gab, war der Kundenservice sehr reaktionsschnell und konnte das Problem erfolgreich lösen. Die Nutzung ist sehr bequem. Ich bin damit durch Polen und die drei baltischen Staaten gereist und sogar bis nach Finnland, ohne Probleme.
Die erstmalige Nutzung der eSIM war insgesamt sehr einfach und bequem. Ich werde mich auch in Zukunft für eSIM entscheiden, wenn es diese Option gibt, da sie sehr praktisch ist. Das gesamte Netzwerk läuft auch reibungslos!

我跟朋友都買這一款esim ，兩人不同時候下單，但大概上班時間一小時就收到了不用真的等到24小時。倫敦地面上的訊號很好，近郊巴斯之類的也都用起來很OK，過幾天要去法國也不用換卡，真的蠻方便的！
Diese eSIM hat durchgehend einen guten Empfang. Der Kundenservice ist bei Problemen sehr professionell und gibt hilfreiche Anleitungen. Im Zentrum von Paris, sowohl drinnen als auch draußen im Musée d'Orsay, hat man Empfang. Auch in den Vororten ist der Empfang in Ordnung.
