- This SIM card is not applicable for iPads, tablets, customized phones, contract phones, SIM locked, jailbroke and rooted devices
- Compatible models: iPhone X and above (iPhone 10 to iPhone 16 and newer series), and some Android phones. Please dial “*#06#” on your phone. If you immediately receive a response containing an “EID number,” then eSIM is supported. Please refer to the compatible phone models in the attached image
- Incompatible devices: Phones manufactured and sold in China, Hong Kong, and Macau cannot use eSIM. Select Samsung phones sold in Taiwan cannot use eSIM. Phones with carrier-locked numbers cannot be used. Please refer to your phone brand's official website to confirm eSIM support.

- This is a Data-only SIM card. Calls, texts, or topping up additional credits will not be possible

Usage reminder
- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- eSIM usage date calculation: Taiwan time (UTC+8 time zone) 00:00 is the day divider. Any time after midnight 12 AM is considered the next day. Please be mindful when calculating the number of days. For example: If activated on July 4th at 18:00 Taiwan time (UTC+8 time zone), that day is considered the first day. July 5th at 00:00 starts the second day, and the second day ends on July 5th at 23:59.
- Data reset time: If you purchase a daily fixed data plan, your data will be reset every day at 0:00 (UTC+8).
- After receiving the eSIM QR code, please install and activate it within 29 days. Once installed, the first day of usage will be calculated from when you arrive at your destination and activate the eSIM.

Indonesien Bali SIM & Netzwerk (via Klook) Ich habe diese SIM-Karte über Klook gekauft und sie funktionierte während meiner gesamten Reise auf Bali einwandfrei. Die Aktivierung war schnell und einfach – sie funktionierte fast sofort nach der Installation. Die Netzabdeckung war in wichtigen Gebieten wie Denpasar, Ubud, Canggu und Seminyak zuverlässig, mit guten 4G-Geschwindigkeiten für Karten, soziale Medien und Ride-Hailing-Apps. Die Datenverbindung war stabil und ich hatte keine unerwarteten Ausfälle. Das machte das Reisen auf Bali viel bequemer, besonders für die Navigation und um in Verbindung zu bleiben. Das E-SIM-Signal ist in Bali, Indonesien, recht gut. In den meisten Gebieten ist das Signal gut, sogar auf See bei der Delfinbeobachtung, mit Ausnahme von Nusa Lembongan, wo das Netzwerksignal schwächer ist.
