Karol sprach sehr leise und gab gute Informationen. Sie konnte das kleine Team gut leiten und war an jedem Ort pünktlich. Meine Schwester und ich hatten nur 24 Stunden in Kyoto und wollten alle wichtigen Orte sehen, ohne den Stress/Logistikaufwand, um zu jedem einzelnen zu gelangen – diese Tour war die perfekte Möglichkeit dafür! Unsere Reiseleiterin Yurina war den ganzen Tag über freundlich, informativ und proaktiv kommunikativ, schickte uns Karten und Empfehlungen und erinnerte uns rechtzeitig daran, wieder zum Bus zurückzukehren. Apropos, der Bus war sauber und viel kleiner als andere große Reisebusse, was wirklich schön war. Wir würden diese Erfahrung sogar noch einmal machen, weil es an jeder Haltestelle so viel zu tun gibt, dass man nicht alles an einem Tag schaffen kann. Sehr empfehlenswert!
