#Instructions for purchasing tickets

  • General admission tickets are only for admission to music festival events and do not include camping. You need to purchase a campsite for camping. For details about camping experience related activities, please visit the Black Bear Tribe Music Festival Facebook
  • Ticket purchase voucher is required for admission. Please have your voucher ready for ticket verification. The voucher needs to be exchanged for a bracelet, which can be used to enter and exit the venue.
  • One person, one ticket, admission by ticket. Please prepare your ticket (Klook voucher), your identity document and the email reply to the real-link system login, redeem your bracelet at the entrance and enter. All bracelets will be used for identification after entry. , during the event, please be sure to wear the bracelet at all times. It is strictly prohibited to take it off, exchange or resell it to others. If it is found that you have not purchased a ticket, hold a non-day ticket or do not wear a bracelet, you will be charged the original ticket price.
  • Please keep your tickets and admission wristbands carefully. Tickets will not be reissued if they are lost, damaged, or cannot be identified. No vouchers can be used to request admission or reissue tickets.
  • All ticket types do not include any camping equipment. You need to prepare your own camping equipment.
  • Camp tickets cannot be changed after purchase. Please confirm carefully before purchasing. After entering, please follow the instructions of the on-site staff to arrange camp spots.
  • Free admission for those aged 14 and under (inclusive), half-price admission for those aged 15-17 or holding a disability certificate, and must present relevant verification documents for admission.
  • Love tickets are limited to a maximum of 2 tickets per person for a single session (including 1 accompanying person). Please present a valid ID and disability handbook for reference when entering. *Be sure to read and confirm all rules and regulations listed on the official website before purchasing tickets

Pre-departure instructions and precautions

  • The grassland area and camping area do not provide electricity, please bring your own camping equipment
  • The last admission time for the Eve Festival on 11/22 DAY1 is 23:00 in the evening. Exceeding the time may result in being unable to enter the venue
  • Yan's Ranch does not provide parking. Parking can be done in the surrounding areas without red lines.
  • Bathrooms in the park provide hot water 24 hours a day
  • The event venue does not provide any disposable tableware or disposable packaging. Please be sure to bring your own personal tableware, cups, etc.
  • There is a smoking area planned in the park, please smoke in the designated area
  • There are many garbage classification areas in the park. Please keep the environment tidy and place garbage in designated trash cans.
  • Please do not take away the animals and plants in the park, and be careful not to disturb them
  • In order to maintain the quality of camping, playing mahjong and bringing karaoke and other equipment into the park are completely prohibited.
  • After 11:00 p.m., please keep the volume in the park moderate to avoid disturbing others
  • Please do not light a fire on the grass. You can use a fire stand at least 30 cm above the ground. If the turf dries out due to failure to comply with the regulations, compensation must be paid to the venue when leaving camp.
  • Participants agree that the organizer will record their portraits and images through video, photography, audio recording and other related records during the event, and agree that the organizer will use and distribute them free of charge for publicity, promotion and other purposes.
  • If you bring a pet, please clean up your dog’s excrement and put a leash or cage on your pet to avoid disturbing others.
  • Please keep your property, equipment and vehicles properly. The event party is not responsible for the storage.
  • Unless the government announces the suspension of classes, activities will not be canceled due to weather factors
  • If someone seriously disrupts the behavior of others and the persuasion is ineffective, the event organizer reserves the right to ask the troublemaker to leave without refund. Please know that

#Daily camp opening hours and precautions

  • Admission will be open from 15:00 on 11/22 (Friday) until 23:00 on the same day (due to on-site control, entry after time will not be allowed)
  • Admission will be open from 09:00 on 11/23 (Saturday) until 22:00 on the same day (due to on-site control, entry after time will not be allowed)
  • Admission will be open from 09:00 on 11/24 (Sunday) until 15:00 on the same day (due to on-site control, entry after time will not be allowed) *For camp location, please refer to the site layout map.
  • This area does not provide electricity, please consider camping equipment
  • Camp tickets are only available for music festival camping, and tickets must be purchased for admission
  • Campsites are on a first-come, first-served basis, and campspaces cannot be reserved in advance.
