- Latest departure time: 15:00 for solo city charter, 12:00 for crosstown charter
- Solo city chartered services are only offered to and from cities that are in the same area group (e.g. Areas A: Taipei-Keelung or Areas F: Kaohsiung to Pingtung)
- Crosstown charter services are only offered to and from cities that are not in the same area group, but with an addtional fees (e.g Areas A to Areas B or Areas A to Areas D)
- Please note: The Central Mountain Range stretches from the north of Taiwan to the south, bisecting western (Areas A, B, C, D,F) and eastern (Areas G, H, I) areas. Due to this, crossing from west to east and vice versa will not be available for crosstown charter services
- Places not covered under the service: Lishan, Fushoushan, Hehuanshan, and Aowanda National Forest Recreation Area
- You will be notified of driver's information via email a day prior to your scheduled booking; please be reminded to contact our customer service in the event you do not receive the notification
- According to Taiwan law, all children aged 0-3 must be secured in an approved child safety seat according to their size and age. It is recommended to reserve child seats in advance if you are traveling with children

Der für die Reiseroute verantwortliche Taiwaner war höflich und hatte eine gute Einstellung zum Fahren. Obwohl das Wetter schlecht war und es auf dem Weg den Berg hinauf regnete, sorgte die technische Integrität dafür, dass wir uns wohl fühlten.
Der Fahrer hat mich 2 Tage vorher kontaktiert, um die Zeit und den Ort zu bestätigen. Sie müssen nur Ihre Reiseroute planen und der Fahrer fährt Sie einfach dorthin 👍

這趟旅程是太平山，彭益國司機人風趣，亦很專業的解說景區與沿路之美味介紹，這趟旅程很滿意，雖然超時了兩小時多但其還是未收取超時費用，大力推此司機，車子保持很乾淨與舒適，更感謝Klook找了這樣棒的司機，謝謝！
經過三天的相處，可以認證陳大哥是個很可靠的司機喔。過程中耐心配合我們去很多網美打卡點，在我們行程鬆散、需要雨備方案的時候也會建議別的景點。是個很好商量、非常配合又讓人舒服的大哥。下次有機會出遊會再指定他！

Diese Reise führt hauptsächlich zum Taiping Mountain in Yilan. Der Fahrer, Xiao Gao, ist sehr rücksichtsvoll: Da er wusste, dass es auf dem Berg nicht viele Essensmöglichkeiten gibt, half er bei der Zubereitung chinesischer Speisen im Voraus. Zurück in der Stadt haben wir uns überallhin mitgenommen, um authentische Yilan-Spezialitäten zu kaufen, die sehr lecker sind. Sehr glücklicher Tagesausflug.
