• This event is only open to participants aged 18 or above. • Once the tickets are issued, they cannot be revised nor cancelled. • This event uses QR code electronic tickets for entry, no physical tickets will be issued. • Vouchers will not be replaced in case of loss, deface or damage. • Vouchers will be redeemed in reception counter to exchange for wristbands, one person only can wear one wristband during the party. • Wristbands must be worn for the duration of the party, those who remove or lose the wristbands during the party will be asked to leave or repurchase the ticket. • Wristbands are non-transferable. • Tickets cannot be resold, exchanged for cash or other goods. • Tickets cannot be used for advertising, promotion or commercial purposes without written consent of Le Méridien Hong Kong, Cyberport. • Tickets must be redeemed and used on the selected date and time, invalid after expiration. • Offers are not eligible for earning Club LM and Marriott Bonvoy Points. • Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers and discounts. • Photos and videos of portrait works generated by photography and videography of all audiences are agreed to be used by the hotel, all portrait works are permitted by Le Méridien Hong Kong, Cyberport. • Le Méridien Hong Kong, Cyberport has the right to use the photos and videos that filmed during the party commercially, guests may find their portrait permanently in the online and offline platforms, PR, and advertising for the announcements and promotions of the event, original or edited form of PR, web, outdoor, digital advertising, and other videos for the announcement and promotion of the event. • In case of bad weather, hotel has the right to cancel the party without further notice. • In case of any postponement / cancellation due to bad weather condition, the ticket fees will be converted to F&B dining coupon with same value and valid for 1 year as from the date of the party. • Le Méridien Hong Kong, Cyberport is not responsible for any illness or injury that may occur during the party without prior notice. • No outside food or drinks allowed during the party. • The menus are subject to change without further notice. • In case of any dispute, the decision of Le Méridien Hong Kong, Cyberport shall be final.
