Der Fahrer war großartig. Der Verkehr war nach einer Veranstaltung mit 92.000 Menschen entsetzlich. Wir mussten zwar ein ganzes Stück laufen, vielleicht 45 Minuten, aber wir steckten nicht im Verkehrswahnsinn fest.

Absolut schockierender und schrecklicher Service. Das Auto war mehr als einen Tag im Voraus gebucht, ich erhielt am Morgen einen Anruf, um zu bestätigen, dass der Fahrer mich in Wembley abholen würde. Nach einer Stunde keine Antwort und der Kundenservice war unhöflich, beleidigend und belästigend, bis zu dem Punkt, dass eine Anzeige bei der Polizei erstattet wurde.
