- The bus will pass through Shenzhen Bay Port, travelers will need to go through the port on their own with their luggage and then get back on the bus

Luggage Information
- Each guest can only bring one checked in luggage (dimensions no more than 64cm x 41cm x 23 cm, weighing no more than 10 kg) and one carry on luggage (dimensions no more than 37.5cm x 25cm x 15cm)
- The merchant has the right to refuse or accept any overweight luggage and/or ask for extra fees, to be paid directly to the merchant (CNY50 per unit)

- Please note: Guests can only choose a departure time upon redemption. Once guests choose a departure time, they cannot be late as late arrivals will be automatically considered as 'no show' and no refund or reschedule will be issued
- If you need to book a certain departure time, please contact the Trans-island hotline (Mainland China: 4006123148/HK: 852-31939332) to reserve the seat at least one day in advance. However, once the reservation is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or rescheduled
