• Children aged 0-2 can ride for free provided they do not occupy a seat
• This transfer is not available on public holidays
• Bus schedule is subject to change depending on the service provider, please refer to the official timetable
• The bus ticket can only be redeemed in Hong Kong counters
• As there are fewer buses covering long distance routes, we strongly recommend guests book their trip in advance
• The bus will pass through Shenzhen Bay Port, travelers will need to go through the port on their own with their luggage and then get back on the bus
• The gathering location is at No. 4 and 5 point at the bus parking of port Shenzhen side; No.19 point at the bus parking of port Hong Kong side
• Each guest can only bring one checked in luggage (dimensions no more than 64cm x 41cm x 23 cm, weighing no more than 10 kg) and one carry on luggage (dimensions no more than 37.5cm x 25cm x 15cm)
• The merchant has the right to refuse or accept any overweight luggage and/or ask for extra fees, to be paid directly to the merchant (CNY50 per unit)
• Food and drinks are not allowed on the bus
• Please bring your ID documents to pass the customs. If you don't have valid documentation to pass, no refund will be provided
• Please note that all tickets under one booking order will be redeemed all at once. If you require the coach service on separate days, please book these trips individually

Redemption Information:

• The bus ticket can only be redeemed in Hong Kong counters
• Please note: Guests need to redeem the physical ticket at the redemption counter, the departure time will be confirmed after the redemption
• Please note: Guests can only choose a departure time upon redemption. Once guests choose a departure time, they cannot be late as late arrivals will be automatically considered as ‘no show’ and no refund or reschedule will be issued
• If you need to book a certain departure time, please contact the Trans-island hotline (Mainland China: 4006123148/HK: 852-31939332) to reserve the seat at least one day in advance. However, once the reservation is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or rescheduled
