- Bake the classic style bread or re-create your own favorite pastries by choice and learn how to make everything from scratch!
- 1.5 hour class with the making egg tarts.
- Bake egg tarts under the guidance of an expert local baker with clear English/ Chinese instructions at a professional culinary academy studio at our baking kitchen
- Finish the class with freshly baked breads with complimentary coffee and tea
- Up to 8 people max for group class
- Professional, relaxed and enjoyable classes to learn how to make Hong Kong-style bread tarts and pastries
- Participants can choose to learn how to make Hong Kong-style bread, Japanese-style bread, Taiwanese-style bread, and European-style bread
- We will provide refreshments, coffee, aprons and packaging boxes for students to use
- There will be professional bread baking masters who will lead the production learning
- Our baking class is located near Mong Kok MTR Station, and our staff will be waiting for you at the entrance.
