Luggage Information
- Each one is allowed to carry 2 pieces of standard baggage. The standard baggage size is 62 inches (length + width + height) and 50 lbs. Golf bags are considered as a standard baggage. Additional charges will be made for surfboards (less than 6 ft), overweight/oversized luggages, and bicycles (must fit the luggage compartment or be collapsible)
- Luggages exceeding prescribed dimensions: USD6 per piece
- Bicycles: USD35 per piece
- Overweight luggages or musical instruments: USD14 per piece
- Surfboards (less than 6 ft): USD22 per piece

- Boarding and hotel check-in and check-out procedures are not included in this service
- Waiting time is only up to 30 minutes. Customers who arrived within the 15-minute window time are to be seated first. In case of delayed flights, the schedule will be adjusted according to the actual time of arrival. Other situations are dependent on the circumstances and company discretion
- There will be a USD2 / per person for the gratuity of the driver. Please pay the driver directly in cash

Der Flughafenbus ist sehr auffällig, Sie können in den Bus einsteigen, indem Sie den QR-Code scannen, es ist sehr bequem, Sie müssen kein großes und kleines Gepäck tragen, Sie können einfach in den Bus ein- und aussteigen und Sie können losfahren direkt zum Hotel an einem Fixpunkt, Sie müssen sich nicht selbst zurechtfinden.
Ich bin mit dem Ort nicht vertraut, aber das Abhol- und Bringauto vom Flughafen ist sehr praktisch. Scannen Sie einfach den QR-Code, um in das Auto einzusteigen, ohne ein Auto rufen oder selbst fahren zu müssen Es ist wirklich bequem und beschleunigt das Reisen.
Effizienter und pünktlicher Shuttleservice. Der Fahrer ist so nett und er empfiehlt viele Orte auf dem Weg. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Die App-Anleitung ist recht übersichtlich und auch die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption vor Ort sind sehr nett!
Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr höflich und pünktlich, aber die Fahrzeit verzögert sich, weil andere Fahrgemeinschaftspassagiere auf ihr Gepäck warten! Der Fahrer erklärte uns auch und führte uns nach der Ankunft im Hotel zum Check-in-Standort.
Mein Fahrer war sehr nett, hat mich am Flughafen abgeholt und sogar Wasser und Broschüren über Big Island für mich vorbereitet. Auf jeden Fall empfehlen!
