Booking guidelines

  • The connection speed depends on your reception coverage and the local tele company. No refund will be issued for any speed drop
  • This SIM card is capped at your selected data package at 4G speeds per day. Once you’ve exceeded your daily volume allocation, the esim stop connecting internet

Usage reminder

  • Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
  • Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
  • Please note that the following APPLE devices DO NOT support eSIM
  • iPhones with 2 physical sims slot version usually do not support eSIM. Please check your Setting > Cellular (Mobile Data) to make sure there is an option to "Add eSIM"
  • All iPhone bought from China Mainland, Hong Kong and Macau DO NOT support eSIM

Confirmation

  • You'll get confirmation within minutes. If you don't see any confirmation, reach out to our customer support.

Validity

  • Use your voucher for 30 day(s) from the date of issue

Activation procedure

  • You will receive the activation QR code and instruction from operator's within 1 day after your booking is confirmed
  • To set up your eSIM, simply follow the following steps: Go to Settings > Tap Cellular/ Mobile Data > Tap Add Cellular/ Mobile Plan > Scan the below/ attached QR code or enter details manually
  • The SIM card is valid for your selected duration on a daily basis. If you activate your SIM at 23:59 (GMT+8), it will count as one day
  • IMPORTANT NOTES
  • Do not use the device's camera or other applications to scan the QR. The setting must follow the instructions listed in email with eSIM's QR code sent from operator
  • The voucher is valid for 30 day(s) from the booking confirmation date. It expires at 00:00 on the last day. Please activate within 30 days after receiving eSIM QR email
  • Internet connection is required to install the eSIM (using either Cellular or WiFi).
  • We recommend installing eSIM 6-12 hours before traveling to the destined country.
  • The validity is counted when the esim is activated no matter where you are
  • Do not delete the eSIM. QR code can only be scanned and activated only once.
  • After scanning, eSIM cannot be transferred to another device.

Ganz klar mein preisgünstigster Kauf für die Reise!!! Die Datenverbindung war hervorragend, ich habe in Shanghai oder Chongqing nie das Signal verloren. Die Geschwindigkeit war genauso gut. Die Aktivierung war einfach – die Anweisungen per E-Mail waren wunderbar. Denken Sie einfach daran, das mobile Internet und das Datenroaming einzuschalten, sobald Sie in China gelandet sind, und schon sind Sie fertig. Ich werde es zu 100 % wieder kaufen, wenn ich wieder nach China reise. Selbst wenn Ihnen das Datenvolumen ausgeht, ist es das Geld absolut wert, Ihr Datenvolumen aufzuladen!

Super einfach einzurichten. Habe es gemacht, bevor ich mein vorheriges Land verlassen habe, und es hat sofort nach der Landung funktioniert. Außerdem brauchen Sie kein VPN, da Sie über diese SIM-Karte weiterhin auf WhatsApp und normale westliche Social-Media-Konten zugreifen können, was ein Bonus sein kann, aber nicht muss!

Das Hinzufügen zu meinem Android-Telefon war recht einfach, für das iPhone dauerte es jedoch länger. Vielleicht liegt es an der starken Sicherheit, aber ich habe es trotzdem ohne viel Aufhebens hinbekommen. Die Verbindung zum Flughafen Pudong und im Stadtgebiet ist recht gut, in der U-Bahn jedoch nicht so gut.

Mit dieser E-SIM war alles so unkompliziert. Zwei Stunden vor Reiseantritt gebucht und den QR-Code gescannt. Nach der Landung einfach Roaming und Internet aktivieren und schon ist die Verbindung zum Internet hergestellt.

Ich habe den QR-Code sofort erhalten. Er wurde jedoch nicht sofort aktiviert. Er wurde erst bei der Ankunft in China aktiviert. Danach hatte ich keine Probleme mehr. Hohe Geschwindigkeit, keine Einschränkungen.
