Delivery information
- Once you place your order, you will receive 2 emails, an Order Confirmation email, followed by a 2nd email with your eSIM details. The 2nd email will be sent within 12 hours after the confirmation email. 2nd Email subject: “Your Klook order is here: Airalo eSIM is ready”
- The second email will contain information about your purchased eSIMs, so please read the instructions carefully.

Activation procedure
- The validity period starts when the eSIM connects to any supported network/s
- Most eSIMs can only be installed once, so please do not deactivate and try to reactivate. In case of any issues or questions, contact customer service at partner.support.klook@airalo.com

funktioniert perfekt! Ich wünschte, es gäbe noch mehr Optionen, damit ich mehr GB für nicht wahnsinnig viel haben könnte, aber die 20 GB waren zu viel für mich. 15 GB wären perfekt gewesen!
Ich bin nach Kambodscha gereist, über einen Flughafen in Vietnam. Ich konnte dies in beiden Ländern nutzen. 1 GB ist eine kleine Kapazität, nur für den Notfall.
Sehr empfehlenswert, da ich problemlos in Philippinen, Thailand, Kambodscha und Vietnam arbeite. Auch bei der Einrichtung gibt es keine Probleme.
