Rainbow Warrior Wreck & Reef in Paihia with PADI 5 Star Dive Resort

Embark on a thrilling dive day starting at 7:45 am at our dive shop. At Matauri Bay, we launch our 7.5m inflatable boat from the beach, setting up scuba gear, donning wet suits, and conducting a safety briefing. The boat launch, full of excitement, leads to a brief 8-minute ride to the renowned Rainbow Warrior wreck.

Following the wreck dive, we venture to a beautiful Cavalli Islands beach for lunch and snorkeling, offering reef/DSD divers their inaugural dive. Post-lunch, we explore the Cavalli Islands' numerous reef dive sites, typically at 18m or less, unveiling volcanic reef areas with abundant swim-throughs, tunnels, and caves – perfect for enthusiasts.

Once the diving concludes, we return to Matauri Bay around 2:30 pm, aiming to reach Paihia by 4:00 pm.
