The idea of the apartment was great. I was worried about the self check in but the process was smooth. The apartment itself was well presented.
However, we have not been informed of major building work taking place right outside the windows and as result we were woken up every morning at 7am even though this was meant to be a relaxed holiday stay.
I have contacted the staff asking for swapping apartment to a quieter side but this was not possible.
The apartment next door to us had hosted a party where over 10 people were loud past midnight and all I could hear was the party.
The fact that there is no staff on side made this difficult to address and resulted in not enjoyable stay.

Check in process is very cumbersome. I like the idea of having no front desk but not having to chase the check in process via email. If you need some documentation requirtements and you are requiring check process to be different than a normal hotel, then try harder to make it easy.

Great location, spacious place, and overall very nice.
Only cons would be there are no TVs, trash cans (other than a tiny one in the bathroom), and seems to be a loading dock outside that a driver was unloading things/making noise most of the night.

Beautiful apartment with modern furniture. In a great spot close to shops, Christmas markets and about a 10 minute walk to the train station. Perfect for a weekend getaway!
