Lovely property , the villa I rented advertised to sleep 9 people, realistically only 7 adults . Jacuzzi was broken and everyday someone would spend 20 minutes trying to fix it, only managed to be fixed after 4 days and only 5 minutes job, manager compensated a half hearted gesture with 2 pizzas, 1 pasta and few cans of coke. Housekeeping terribly stingy with bath gel, had to dial for extra bath gels everyday ( it’s a villa for 9 and resort where you shower often after swim in the pool/sea) sometimes ,it feels like staff are hiding behind language barrier, but I somehow feel they understand you perfectly, also wanted to charge be 200,000 dong for a misplaced key, first time I have been to a 5 stars hotel wanting to charge so much for a key card ! Overall , lovely Villa and friendly staff.
