Spacious room, polite and helpful staff, excellent breakfast. Next to subway station.

The property is clean and spacious. There is a huge outdoor sitting area, good for families with kids. At night, there are food stalls making small snacks that you can purchase. It doesn't have spring water onsen, just a public bath (like a big hot tub) with men and women baths separated. Amenities are good. Except, it will be nice if the public bath shower area can have separators in between stalls so that water will not be splashed on other people. Room is spacious. Mattresses are quite hard, especially I had a triple room. The sofa bed mattress is hard on shoulders. Would be nice if the property can provide a thin memory foam mattress to put on top of the sofa bed. The room needs more lightings. It is about 7 min walk from Shin-Imamiya station. If taking Shinkansen to Osaka, you will need to change to Osaka station and then take the Osaka loop line to Shin-Imamiya. The property is also close to Osaka's subway line Sakaisuji Lines - Dobutsuen-mae Station. It is a family-oriented hotel with spacious rooms. Since there are transfers and walking, pack light so that it's easier to get in and out of the train/subway.

Great for those who have kids. The rooms are quiet and spacious. The Pika Pika night was amazing with food and games. There was free robe rentals. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The outdoor area is immaculate and picturesque.

The breakfast is very delicious, it is the perfect location to stay at given its proximity to underground rail and a Don Quixote. SHINSAKEI has so many food stalls open until very late! This makes this property a wonderful location. Rooms are VERY spacious and accommodated my party of 5 comfortably.

This is our second stay here. The outdoor grassy area and spacious room was key in my decision to stay here again. Keep in mind, its location is far from Namba or Dontonburi.

Small room great amenities ie laundry

Great hotel to stay for families, really close to Universal Studios. They provided a shuttle to Universal Studios. Kids really loved walking in the garden. Staff was friendly.

I’m would stay here again. We loved the location and the presentation of the room. Spacious. Modern and clean. Has a wonderful stay and loved the entertainment night too
