When we arrived we were greeted nicely and attended well. The room we got was amazing with a nice view of the city. Sadly our experience did not end well and will make us think twice of going there. I had my period the night before we left and when they sent someone to inspect the room they literally grabbed the bed sheet and went to the front desk and showed them the blood stain IN FRONT OF ALL THE GUEST WAITING TO BE ATTENDED! I was so embarrassed and upset and felt the person who did the inspection was trying to humiliate me in front of the guest
She was rude and stretched the sheet out in plain sight showing the blood stain. I truly hope you can work better in your customer service or train your staff to be more sensitive in these situations.

The property was nice with all the facilities as expected. Although it is a budget-friendly place, the staff attitude and service could be improved. Not expecting a 5-star hotel service, but just something more normal instead of being told that I cannot do this and I cannot do that. I understand the need to maintain order and a system but just be a bit more humane would be good.

It was ok. The air con in the building seems to be very weak. And a lot of stairs... Advise not to travel heavy if u want to stay here

The place is quite convenient. It would be greater if I can find the place on "grab"-the location on the grab application doesn't come up with the correct place.
