Friendly staff Clean appearance however the musty smell was powerful Stricter policies need to be enforced for people smoking weed. Having people smoke right outside the entry door is bad enough but being able to smell it in the bathroom since the ventilation system connects was awful.

Bedroom was clean. Staff was helpful during my stay. Easy to find parking spaces. Breakfast area was a bit dirty.

Convenient location off the hwy. Good quality breakfast with above average offerings. Happy with the choice of hotel for the evening.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. We did not have breakfast there or utilize the bar. The pool and hot tub were dirty. The pool floor and stairs were slippery which means there is bacteria/algae present. The hot tub had quite a bit of debris floating around. This was a let down especially when you are traveling with kiddos who love to swim.

I got to the hotel about an hour after check in and was told that they had no more available rooms of my reservation type, though I had booked months ago. The staff member, I think her name was Kiana, was very kind and doing her best to help, but she was the only person working during a large rush of people trying to check in, and she was unable to change my reservation to a different room type without an override from her manager, who was not on premise and who Kiana was struggling to reach. Additionally, during the hour that I sat in the lobby waiting for the manager to call back and help sort out the issue, two other guests who had checked in called down to say that their rooms were not clean and had to come back down to be reassigned. After over an hour I finally checked in. When I got up to my floor there was a pair of underwear lying on the ground outside the elevator, and ice machine was broken. When I checked out the next morning (I was only staying one night) I told all this to the manager, who seemed annoyed that I wanted to talk to her and told me to complain to Expedia about it. This happened on the first day of a large festival occuring over Fourth of July weekend, and in my opinion there's absolutely no excuse to leaving one, singular person to staff the front desk during peak check-in hours on a day like that. She did an amazing job with what she could but if rooms aren't clean and phones are ringing off the hook maybe you need to hire some staff.
