Fantastisk
Very nice hotel nice staff cleanliness was good but the noise outside was very loud, train station with trains flying through and a traffic light crossing making a racket

The room was comfortable enough. There was a kettle, but no tea bags, milk, etc. The fan was badly broken. No hair dryer / iron. But it was VERY handy for Wembley stadium! We walked for 20 minutes after the gig then got an uber which only cost us £5 and took about 5 minutes.

The door didnt unlock for five minutes and then only unlocked when pushed open with force, the room itself was very very uncomfortably hot, there was a smell of poo inside the room, which did not come from the bathroom, the bed is very uncomfortable to even sit on and creeks at the smallest of movements, the smell of weed flies into the room when the windows are open, overall wasnt expecting much for £57 but this was unbelievable

Easy to get in and out with self check-in codes. The room and shower were clean and the bed was comfy. Convenient location to bus and tube stops. Only down side was being above a nightclub meant it was very noisy throughout the night with bass music and people queuing to get in till early hours of the morning.

Bien situé, à proximité de l’arrêt de bus 18 et de la station de métro Willesden Junction station. Le confort reste toutefois moyen.

I had no idea there was a spa! The room itself was clean, except the sheets were very stained. There was a kettle & cups but nothing to put in them. Very noisy street, made it hard to sleep. The water was nice and hot though.

We are staying 2 nights with the Diana hotel. They have told us we haven't paid and asked for money in cash. We asked for a payment link and still havent received it. We had problems with door access.

No help from staff when I asked for the TV remote, nobody came so was left without it for the duration. It’s a horrendous place, like a back alley hostel. Any 5* reviews are fake believe the real ones telling the truth about it. Would rather sleep in a doorway than here ever again.
