The breakfast was fresh but not much varieties . Excellent accommodation however few minor things needs attention like the electric kettle and coffee machine were outdated to the standard and price of the accommodation and also we noticed one of the toilet brush was dirty as this needs to be changed very frequently

The room was VERY unclean. I also had someone try to enter my room at 5:30am in the morning (I was up working due to jet lag) and heard the swipe card so slammed the door closed. I yelled out. Got some clothes on and went downstairs, they said it was just a cleaner checking if my room needed cleaning. All very dodgy. What if I was asleep? The bathroom was also very unclean, the floors in the apartment uncleaned and stains on the floor and couch. Generally the cleanliness was terrible (including dirty dishes in oven). The positives -the girl that checked me in was lovely. The location is good. I won't stay there again.

Pet friendly yet NO facilities for dogs to clean paws for example… no waterbowl…. Dry food if you want to go shopping!!! Perfect location friendly staff! Shower door needs updating…. Carpets need a good clean after 3 years yet all by all I know I’m a very picky traveller so would I go back DEFINITELY!

The suite was really clean, staff extremely helpful and friendly. This is our second visit. Hotel is well situated for the city centre and Christmas markets.

I felt so blessed to be staying here. Everything was lovely!! The room was perfect and spotless and the manager and his team went WAY above and beyond to help me when I broke my foot. I am so grateful for the extra effort they took to help me. I’d stay there again in a heartbeat!
