The people were nice but unfortunately we had bedbugs in our room. Also the location is very noisy and the continental breakfast is really really basic.

Great stay when booking on line for cheaper price. Very clean, decent rooms for price nice and cool even with out AC, good breakfast considering price with great roof top view of mountain.
Only issue is hot water some times did work and wifi was super spotty working only 10% of time if you can connect.

The sibgle room is very small, i had a room with a window which makes it fine. But ist is clean, close to the busstation. An easy stay for short term.

It was a very enjoyable stay, the people were so friendly, I felt as if I was with my family. The management help me with everything that I needed, they even assisted in directing me to the local sports field for exercise, advised about the Covid test, call taxi's, and helped me with electrical points for my laptop in the restaurant. They speak excellent English. It is clean, comfortable and excellent value for money. I can recommend Arusha Backpackers very highly.

God Its fine. But it is soooo loud. They have metal bins in each room. Metal locks on every door. They start to clean the rooms before 8am. There is only wire mesh separating each room from the corridor.

Under gennemsnittet This place is reasonable value. The room is small, but there’s a good, covered terrace. The price is stellar and the staff helpful. They hooked me up with a good safari. The WiFi does not work in the room, but it’s good on the terrace. Unfortunately, they have a serious bed bug problem. I’ve since had to pay a lot to get my luggage and clothes clean, making it an expensive stay. I also didn’t sleep well for two nights due to the itchiness.

Fantastisk Arusha Backpackers is in a great location for the safari and kilimanjaro offices in the centre of town that you can book when you arrive. It is also walking distance from the supermarket and cash points. It has a bar on the roof which is great for chilling in after kili/safari. Rooms and bathrooms were clean, and water was hot!! Overall, a great place to stay for a budget traveller.
