I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent stay at [Hotel Name]. While the staff were very friendly and the overall experience was acceptable, there were several issues that impacted my stay.
The bed in my room was quite uncomfortable, which caused significant difficulty sleeping and resulted in severe back pain. Furthermore, I found the buffet selection to be limited. I would suggest incorporating a wider variety of dairy-free milk options to better accommodate guests with lactose intolerance.
Additionally, I would like to bring to your attention that housekeeping staff entered my room after I had specifically requested no service.
Thank you for your attention to these matters. I hope this feedback is helpful for future improvements.
