If you are looking for a bed to sleep in, and money to save on your trip to Seoul, then, that's the hotel you want to book. It's well located, in the heart of Dongdaemun, next to the Design Plaza and the Gwangjang Market. The beds are not comfortable and they don't offer extra pillows. The bathroom is old and the shower is next to the toilet, which makes it impossible to leave dry, no matter what you do and how you position your body. But again, this is a cheap hotel in a good central neighborhood. They offer self service breakfast (coffee, bread, butter, jelly, milk and juice). Don't expect high quality food, you can get that outside. Towels are self service, which is nice and they won't clean your room if you are staying less than 4 days. If you are looking to save money and sleep in a clean bed, then you should book the room.

Location is great. Near DDP, quick train ride to other locations. For it's price, dont expect much.

This place has so many foreigners and they keep the place so molded cause of the old construction. Also this place great location however the sheets and pillow has few yellow stains.

The only good thing about this place is its location near bus stops and in the centre of Dongdaemun. But everything else is pretty bad. The room is tiny with no closets to hang clothes, and if you have suitcases, there's hardly any room to move around. The shower situation is weird because there's just a hose and you have to shower in the same space as the toilet, so everything (including your towels) gets wet. The bed is really hard and you can literally feel the springs poking you. Plus, they don't change the bed sheets at all even if you're staying for more than a week. You also have to get new towels yourself from the 3rd floor if you want fresh ones. The person at the front desk wasn't very friendly, maybe because they couldn't speak English well? On top of everything else, it's way too noisy. You can hear the guests next door talking, all the honking of cars, and even the sirens of police cars and ambulances outside. Overall, it wasn't a good experience, but we were so tired from our travels that we managed to sleep anyway.

Quite good, just the room too small. We cant ever open the luggage.

Location was great; DDP History and Culture Park station was a few minutes away, and airport bus was a few minutes walk as well. Service was quite disappointing. Staff were unfriendly and curt, and I saw housekeepers sitting along the corridors of the rooms (ie right outside my room) when I left my room in the late afternoon. It did not look professional at all.

The place is nice and clean, and the staffs are very accommodating.

It’s good about the position of guesthouse because guesthouse is near dongdaemun history&culture park station walk about 4-5min. And it’s not good if you choose the room that not have a window because the weather is not flow.

the window needed fixing and sound proof need to improve or else its just people are too noisy. Location is close enough to metro. has lift is a plus ! only the bathroom is really small
