Upon drop-off by taxi, staff members from concierge obtain our luggage and delivered to lobby. Another staff member escorted us to receptionist/lobby area. Wonderful coordination. We were served fresh tea and a warm towel to refresh in the sweltering heat. There were also staff members in front of elevators to get them ready for us. Already we know the stay was worth it! The rooms are clean, we had a balcony and in-room hot mineral spring bath. So refreshing! On the bottom floor had a children's area, family entertainment room, water pool play area, and a separate men/ women hot springs. We enjoyed delicious breakfast every morning and the servers/cooks/ table attendees were wonderful and helpful such as getting baby high chair. Fun things to do evening time when Shuishe/Ita Thao closed was free entertainment different shows each night. Very pleasant! We took advantage of free shuttle and bus ticket ride to explore Sun Moon Lake. We will be back! Thank you for making my birthday memorable!

The dinner was not communicated. The check in staff told us it was included, and once we started eating, we were told that we needed to pay over 100 dollars us. Was disappointing and dampened our stay

We got the room with a private hot tub and lake view which was nice. However the wood finishes inside the room showed the test of time, and there was only a small upholstered seat, so cannot enjoy looking at Sun Moon Lake as much. The rate included half board (breakfast and dinner), both at an enormous dining hall with many food stations served buffet style. There were so many guests (200-300?) that dining was in 2 shifts. Apparently many tour groups were bused in. I don't know where they stayed, as the wing we were at was pleasantly uncrowded.

Very enjoyable stay at sun moon lake

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The room was very nice and kept impeccably clean. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. I also enjoyed the food, which was delicious. A real highlight was the live singer in the evenings; their performance was excellent and added a great atmosphere to the experience. I am already looking forward to my next visit!

Fleur de Chine was one of the highlights of our Taiwan trip. Stunning lake views, excellent food selection, and consistently warm, attentive service throughout our stay. Special thanks to Blue from billing, who went above and beyond to clarify a spa billing concern with professionalism and care. Truly appreciated. A beautiful property that delivers luxury with genuine hospitality.

Highly recommended! What an excellent experience. Their staffs are super helpful, courteous and willingness to assist with happy smiles. Food is excellent and tons of activities. Must stay!

I’ve stayed here twice with my family and in my opinion they have the best breakfast and dinner buffet in the world. While they have a wide variety of cuisine, the quality of each is very high as well. I ate so much during breakfast and dinner! The rooms that we stayed in were also very clean, modern, and had wonderful amenities such as the private bath.

The bar did not offer much of a selection

Wonderful hotel with great amenities. Very family-friendly, staff were super helpful. It’s a little tucked away in terms of location, but they do offer free (limited) pickup and dropoff service to Taichung and pickup or dropoff service to Shuishe. Highly recommend.
