Fantastisk The room didn’t look like the room in the picture but it was still nice. The air con was good and it was a clean room and bathroom. It was close to a metro stop and close ish to a tram stop. And close to a supermarket.

Staff was super nice. Room was nice and clean. Room had a loft & there wasn’t any air circulation in loft area & stairs up to loft were very narrow. Only one working elevator for duration of stay and was very long wait at times.

Not too far from downtown. Area in unsafe, hotel is dirty and the AC doesn’t work. WiFi didn’t work well. Bathroom smells and shower leaks everywhere.

Très bon accueil, serviable et accommodant. Hôtel propre, le hall d'accueil était en rénovation, chambres spacieuses, deux ascenseurs, service déjeuner. Au calme et proche 20 mn à pieds gare St Charles.
